If your school uses Wonde integration to automatically generate and sync user accounts for the Discovery Education platform, you will need to notify us if your school changes its management information system.
Please contact Wonde directly to organise the migration of your data to your new management information system. Once resolved, data transfer to our platform will be restored seamlessly. You can contact Wonde at support@wonde.com.
In these circumstances, please contact your School Success Advisor for more detailed advice.
(Note: If your school has been setup to access Discovery Education using either Google or Microsoft SSO, your user accounts will remain unaffected)
