We collect minimum data from schools to allow administrators, teachers and students to access the Discovery Education platform and use the content. This information is controlled from the school's MIS (if using our MIS sync tool) or by a school administrator, or in the case of Home Users, a parent or guardian.

Upon receipt of a data subject rights request, where Discovery Education is a data processor, Discovery Education will coordinate with the applicable school contact to address the request in the applicable time frame provided under the applicable data privacy laws.
