It is important that teachers' school email addresses are kept current, as they are used to send password reset links.

If the teacher accounts have been manually created in the platform, email addresses can be edited and updated through the View Profile area which can be accessed by clicking on the avatar in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

If your school uses the Wonde integration to sync data from the school's management information system to Discovery Education, it is vital that the email addresses for teachers are kept current in both areas, and that the current email is listed in the work email field of the school's management information system.
