Any apps that the students create and save, can also be viewed in a content area accessible from the teacher's account.
By clicking on the folder icon in the top right-hand corner of the Coding homepage, you can open the Coding content folders.
The Coding content folder is divided into 3 sections: Apps; Classrooms and Gallery.
Apps - this area is for your own app creations and works the same way as the My Apps area for students.
Classrooms - this area allows you to view any apps that have been saved by students in classes that you are linked to. If you are linked to more than one classroom, you can select which class to view from the drop-down Classrooms menu.
You will be able to see all saved apps from all students, so it is a good idea to encourage the students to include their name or initials in the name of their app, so that they are readily distinguishable!
Gallery - this area allows you to showcase the class' work and to share it, through a public link to parents and other teachers, or to use it as a presentation in assemblies or workshops.
In order for apps to be included in the gallery, you will need to add them from the Classrooms folders.
You do this by clicking on the + sign in the top right-corner of the app tile.
You will see a notification message that the app has been included in the gallery and the + sign will change to a tick.
Each selected app will then be visible in the Gallery folder. You can customize your gallery by selecting colour and text , and then click on Save.
The View Gallery button will then take you to the finished page which can be shared with your chosen audience, or included in a presentation or assembly.
Once finished, you can remove the selected apps from the Gallery area by clicking on the ellipsis/three-dot icon in the right-hand corner of the tile and tapping on Remove from gallery.
