Many schools will hold data for people related to the school who will not need Discovery Education accounts (eg, non-teaching staff, governors etc). Similarly, we understand that data-handling policies can dictate which information can be shared.
Thankfully, it is easy to specify which data you authorise access to or to organise who you would like to create Discovery Education accounts for, through the Access Control tool of the Wonde Dashboard.

If you choose to alter the permissions and access after the initial account creation, please get in touch with your School Success Advisor so that we can update your account settings.
