Your school will be allocated your own School Success Advisor (SSA) to assist you and ensure you can make the most of your subscription with Discovery Education.

Your SSA's role is to learn more about your school's unique needs, objectives and challenges.  They will provide you with any support and resources required and serve as your primary point of contact within Discovery Education.

They will keep you informed with updates and news and will try to answer any questions you may have about our products and your account.

Your SSA will be able to identify other products or features which may be of benefit to you and the school, and will be happy to accept your feedback on what is working well or where improvements can be made.

We understand how busy your schedule as a teacher is, and our aim is to maintain your satisfaction in our product.  Should any issues arise, your SSA will be glad to help and will work with the different Discovery Education teams to find solutions as promptly as possible.
