As a Teacher or School Admin, you have the ability to Impersonate the user.  This means that you can view their account just as they would.

As a Teacher

To access a student's account, open the Global Nav menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select My Classrooms, followed by Students.



Locate the student's name and click on the ellipsis icon at the end of the row. Choose Sign In as Student from the drop-down menu.

This will open the student's account and you can then view the platform as the student would.

Once you have completed any test or investigation, don't forget to Quit Impersonation by clicking on the avatar/profile icon in the top right-hand corner.

As a School Admin

If you are a School Admin, you can also Impersonate users through the Admin Dashboard.
From the School Details card, click on the student total digit, which will open up a list of the existing student accounts on the school roster.

Locate the student's name and click on the ellipsis icon at the end of the row.
Choose Impersonate from the drop-down menu.
Once you have completed any test or investigation, don't forget to Quit Impersonation!

If you need to sign into a Teacher or School Admin account, follow the same steps as above, but by clicking on the teacher total digit or the Admin total digit in the School Details.
