For ease of management and to ensure that you do not lose access to your accounts, Discovery Education's subscriptions are set up to renew automatically.
For Coding, Health & Relationships and STEM Connect subscriptions, you will be sent an invoice at the end of your current subscription.
For Espresso subscriptions, you will be sent notifications at 60 days and 45 days before subscription end. The invoice for your next subscription will be generated 30 days before your subscription is due to end, so any alterations need to be confirmed before this point.
The renewed subscription will be for the same product and the same length of time as your original subscription. The number of licenses included will be based upon your school's latest FTE number, or number on roll.

How do I know when my subscriptions are set to renew?
The start and end dates of your school's subscriptions are shown in the school details on the Admin Dashboard.
Click on Admin Dashboard on the main left-hand navigation menu.
You can then view the details of your subscriptions by either tapping on Licenses in the main tile,
Or by selecting the appropriate product tile from the Subscriptions panel at the bottom of the screen.
