Resetting Teacher Passwords
All teachers can reset their own passwords from the login page.
Clicking on Forgot your username or password? will trigger a password reset email to be sent to your school email address. The link will be active for a limited time. If the password link has expired, please request again from the login page.
As a School Admin, you can also request a password reset for a teacher, from the Admin Dashboard.
After selecting Admin Dashboard from the Global Nav menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click on the teacher total digit and then locate the appropriate teacher from the list shown.
Click on the ellipsis icon at the end of the row in the Actions column.
From the drop-down menu, you can then choose from Reset Password or Reset Password (Email)
Password Reset - this will enable you to manually type in a new password for the teacher, which will then need to be shared with the user.
Reset Password (Email) - this will send the teacher an email to their school email address with a link to reset the password.
